If a client discontinues our services midway through a campaign or project, the expected results will not be achieved. SSJ Developer will not be held responsible for any performance decline, ranking drops, or business impact that results from premature service termination. 💰Pricing & Custom Services Policy
3.1 Standard and Custom Pricing
SSJ Developer offers both standard packages (listed on our website) and custom services discussed directly with clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, or video meetings. When a client requests custom services, pricing and scope of work are decided mutually through communication. Once both parties agree on the price and services, the client must review and confirm all details before making payment.
3.2 Agreement Before Payment
Before making any payment, the client confirms they are fully satisfied with the discussed service details, features, delivery time, and price.
By making the payment, the client explicitly agrees they have understood and accepted all terms of the service.
After payment, no refund, dispute, or disagreement will be accepted under any circumstances.
Clients agree they will not raise any complaint, argument, or conflict regarding price or services after making payment.
3.3 Non-Refundable Payments

Since our services are digital and customized, work begins immediately after payment confirmation.
We pay third-party vendors (hosting, domains, APIs, premium plugins) on behalf of clients — these costs are non-recoverable from third parties.
Therefore, once payment is made, no partial or full refund can be issued under any circumstances.

Payment Confirmation — Work begins only after confirmed payment receipt. Please share payment screenshot on WhatsApp for faster processing.
Non-Payment Consequences — Delay or non-payment may result in immediate suspension or permanent cancellation of ongoing work without any liability on our part.
GST / Taxes — Applicable government taxes (GST) will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax regulations where applicable.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

Business losses, revenue decline, operational downtime, or financial impact of any kind
Performance results affected by external factors such as Google algorithm updates, hosting issues, or client inactivity
Any damages resulting from information provided by the client that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
Third-party service failures (domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs)
The user assumes full responsibility for the use of all services provided by SSJ Developer. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

All intellectual property created by SSJ Developer — including but not limited to code, design, content, branding, graphics, software tools, and business methodologies — remains the exclusive property of SSJ Developer or their respective rightful owners, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
What This Means for Clients
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered work for their own business purposes only.
Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring deliverables to third parties is strictly prohibited without written consent.
SSJ Developer retains the right to showcase all work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, APIs) used in projects are subject to their own respective licenses.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of any SSJ Developer intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.

⚖️Legal Waiver & Dispute Policy
By using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following dispute resolution framework:
The client waives the right to file any legal claim, dispute, or refund request related to service results, pricing, or satisfaction — once payment has been made and services have been agreed upon.
Once a client agrees to the discussed terms and makes payment, they cannot raise any complaint or disagreement later regarding the service scope or price.
In case of genuine misunderstandings, both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution through direct communication (WhatsApp, email, or phone call) before escalating.
Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
