- We make every effort to achieve the best possible outcome, but we do not provide guarantees for:

- Increased traffic or leads
- Sales conversions
- Social media reach or engagement
- SEO and digital marketing are long-term, ongoing processes influenced by multiple factors outside our control (e.g., algorithms, competition, content quality).
- If the client discontinues our services midway, expected results will not be achieved, and SSJ Developer will not be responsible for any performance decline.
- You acknowledge that our work is based on strategic effort, not guaranteed outcomes.
3. Pricing and Custom Services Policy
3.1 Standard and Custom Pricing
- SSJ Developer offers both standard packages (listed on our website) and custom services discussed directly with clients through platforms like WhatsApp, phone calls, or video meetings.
- When a client requests custom services, pricing and scope of work are decided mutually through communication.
- Once both parties agree on the discussed price and services, the client must review and confirm the details before making payment.
3.2 Agreement Before Payment
- Before making any payment, the client confirms that they are fully satisfied with the discussed service details, features, delivery time, and price.
- By making the payment, the client explicitly agrees that they have understood and accepted all terms of the service.
- After payment, no refund, dispute, or disagreement will be accepted under any circumstances.
- Clients agree that they will not raise any complaint, argument, or conflict regarding the price or services after making the payment.
3.3 Non-Refundable Payments
- All payments made to SSJ Developer are final and non-refundable.
- Since our services are digital and customized, work begins immediately after payment confirmation.
- We also pay third-party vendors and tools (e.g., hosting, domains, APIs, premium plugins) on behalf of the client, which are non-refundable from their side as well.
- Therefore, once payment is made, no partial or full refund can be issued.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments must be completed in advance before project initiation.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI/QR, PayPal, etc.
- Delay or non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of ongoing work.
5. Limitation of Liability
SSJ Developer will not be responsible for:
- Data loss or errors due to client-side issues
- Business losses, downtime, or financial impact
- Performance results affected by external factors (e.g., algorithm updates, hosting issues, or client inactivity)
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and the user assumes full responsibility for using them.

- Agree that all payments are non-refundable.
